Journal # 3

We have 3 days left for the final writing part of the test. I am very nervous and scared. I can't believe how fast the days past. I still remember the first day i began to class. I did learn a lot of things. I hope that i will pass to college this time. if i'll pass to college level i will have a good vacation this summer. Hopefully, everything will be allright.

Journal #2

Today i am very tired and sick. I had a very long day. After school i had to go work. I couldn't take off. I told my boss that i am very sick and can't come to work. He told me he really needed me. Since i am a really nice guy i said okey i will come to work. After work i regret that i went to work. I had a runny nose and stomach ache. I waa rarely walking.I felt little emberresed front of customers because i had a runny nose. i felt like they were discusted by me. It was a horriable day for me i am going to sleep now and i dont want to wake up tomorrow but i have too.:(

Last saturday night i had one of the worst days of my life. Me and my cousin were at the wedding on saturday. We had so much fun and than it was time for us to leave. When i was getting out of the parking lot towards exit a little 3 or 4 years old girl jumped front of my car. I hit the brakes really quick and all i saw the little girl falling on the ground. I thought i hit the little girl. I got out of the car really quick to go check it. She was laying on the ground and crying. I picked her up really quick and asked her if she was allright. Also i asked her if did i hit her. I was shaking badly. She told me no. I was still so nervous. I took her to her mother. She Was sitting at the table at the wedding. I was really mad at her i told her i almost hit her daugher. I told her lady you need to watch your kid I was really mean. I don't understand this kind of people.What kind of parents are they? I went back into my car. I was still shocked and nervous. I was still shaking. When i came home i couldnt go sleep. That thing was always in my mind what would happen if i was going faster i would probably hit the little girl. I am thanking my god every night that he saved that little girl's life and saved my life. If i would of hit that little girl i would feel guilty rest of my life. Parents need to watch their kids more carefully.

Today I'm going to talk about the year 2007. Last year I had so many bad lucks. First my father got in to a car accident. After that my grandmother died. Two days after my grand mothers death my 2 cousins their husbands and their 3 kids got in to a car accident while they were coming from my grand mothers funural 6 of them died one of my cousin was alive. That was the most depressing day of my life. After that 2 months later my cousin that lives in the U.S. got in to a car accident. She was in the hospital for 2 months. 2007 is the worst year of my life.

Today I'm going to talk about a musical experience I had when I was a little kid. When I was in 5th grade I was selected to sing a poem in national holiday. 3hey picked out 5 people out of 20 or 30 people. I was succesful. I was veryy happy and nervous I had to sing front of almost thousand students. I sang very good. I also got a award. That was one of the best time I had in my life. I could still remeber it like it was yesterday.

Today i am going to talk about the movie we watched in class. The movie called Music and Lyrics. I thought this movie was great. I really like it because it was really romentic and funny. It was very romentic at the end. I also enjoyed the music they sang. I will download those songs if i could remember their names. Only one i remember is PoP.

In my third journal i am going to talk about an accident that have happen to me when i was 7 years old. One day i was going to buy a newspaper with my older cousin. We had to cross the street so i told her i could do it by myself and i pulled my hand away from hers and ran. When i was about to cross th street a car came and went over my anckle. I dont remeber what happn exactly but all i remember was i was crying about my mother. It was the worst feling in the world. When i looked at my anckle it was all over blood. My shoe was not on my foot. They took me to hospital right away. They didn't wait for an ambulance. After that i do not remember the rest. I woke up in the hospital. My leg was wraped up. My mother was beside me waiting. She was very nervous. That was the worst day of my life. I will never forget about it.

In my second journal I'm going to talk about chimps. Chimps are almost like humans. In the documentry we watched thursday I saw many interesting things. Such as how mother chimp tought her baby chimp how to hold a wood to break the nut. Also how baby chimp was playing on the tree. I also saw really bad things like male chimps kidnapping little baby chimp and they killed them and eat them. I found that really bad. I think they find a solution for chimps because their population is decreasing. Elaine I am sorry I totally forgot to write my journal yesterday can I please write another one tomorrow? Yesterday was a very hectic day for me. I woke up at 600 o clock to go school. After school i was very tired but i had to bring my sister to doctor. I was there for at least an hour. They gave her three shots. She was crying a lot. I felt really bad for her. After her doctor, i had to go work.Around 2 oclock i went to work reluctantly. I got out at 8 30 and went home. I took a shower and did my homework. When i finished my homework i went to sleep because i was very tired.

In my third journal I'm going to talk about my grand father. My grand father has the same name as I do. His name is Mehmet Ali Isitan and my name is Mehmet Ali Isitan. My grandfather is the best grandfather ever. I love him soo muchh. I also miss him so much. When my grandfather used to be an electrical engineer. He always used to tell me his stories about when he fixed a big problem in the city. He said in the city there was not one electric power. My grandfather also llove to go hunting. I used to go hunting with him all the time. I can not wait to see him again. I hope this summer he will come visit us in U.S.

In my second journal I'm going to talk about my country. I am from Turkey. Turkey is located between two continents. Turkey have many places for tourists. Every year thousands of tourists goes to Turkey for vacation. One of best place to go for a vacation in Turkey is Antalya. Antalya is located south of Turkey. It is always warm weather in Antalya. It has so many beautiful hotels.Another place to visit in Turkey is Istanbul. Istanbul is the biggest city in Turkey. It has the bridge that connects Europe to Asia. Istanbul have many historical places. For instance, old churches,castles and mosques. If you are looking to go vacation somewhere very nice and interesting I will suggest you to go visit Turkey.

In my first journal I'm going to talk about my dogs in Turkey. I have 3 dogs in Turkey. They are hunting dogs. When we were in Turkey my father, my uncle and my grandfather. Each person had a 1 dog to take with them to hunting. I miss my dogs soo muchhh. I lalsooo love my dogs soo much. They were like a friend to me . When I go to Turkey in future the first thing I'm going to do is visit them.

In my third journal i am going to talk about my responsiblities in the house. I have so many resposibilities in my house because, in my family i am the only person who speaks Engilish and Turkish. Evertime if my mother or my sister or my father has to go to doctor or needs to talk to someone that speaks Engilish i have to go and translate for them. Of course i want to help muy parents, but after a little while it gates annoying that i have to run everywhere to translate for them. I have to read all the mails that comes to the house. I also work 6 days a week, and go to school. This is very stressful. I also have to deal with my fathers case. Since he got into a really bad car accident we hired a lawyer to take care of our case. The lawyer is American. Everytime if something happens i have to go talk to them and translated to my father. Everytime my father goes to doctor i have to go with him. I want them to learn Engilsh. My mother tried so hard to learn it, but she still can't speak English. She understand it little bit. she probably speaks and understands much more than my father. My sister is 4 years old. I can't wait her to grow up little more so she could help me to translate for the family.:)

In my second journal I'm going to talk about my futurw career. In future I want to become an electrical engineer. My grandfather was an electrical engineer. I always saw him fixing things, so I decided to become one. In order to become an E.E. I need to have bachelor degree. I need to go school for at least 5 years. This major is all about phsics. I need to take many physics class. You only need to take one Engilish class. In future if I become that major I will earn lots of money. If I work for a company I will start of 30 dollars an hour. However this job also dangerous. That is a possibilty of getting electucuted but if I be carefull there will be no risk. There is also lots of benifits like a life insurance and vacation time which you will still get pay eventhought you are in vacation. I hope I will be successful and have this major.

In my first journal I'm going to talk about my father's car accident. Last year in May 17 my father got into a huge car accident. He was going back home from work with his company pick up truck. The other car hit my father from back of his truck and made the truck flip upside down. My father was taking to the hospital with an ambulance. My father has a 8 moved disks in his back and a cut in his eye. My father is still suffering lots of pain. The guy who hit him was drunk and his licence was suspended. They air lifted him to Stony Brook hospital. I feel really bad for my father. I will never drive when I am intoxicated. I thank god everynight that my father still alive. Every witness said that they thought my father was dead. Thank god again that my father is alive.

In my third journal I'm going to talk about my sister. I have a 4 years old sister that borned in the United States. When she was 6 months something terriable happened to us . Some homeless lady kidnapped my sister in Long Island. My mother was in a gas station talking to a friend. My sister was in the car and the engine was on. My mother was two step away from the car. My mother said when she look to see my sister the car was moving.She began running after the car. My mother was lucky because the car had to stop at the red light and when the car stopped my mother jumped in the car. My mother's friend who she was talking in the gas station called the cops after my mom left. After they drove for 5 miles the cops stopped the lady. My mother was shocked she said. If the lighht was green instead of red maybe my sister would not with us right now. Thank goddd.

In my second journal i'm going to talk about what happended at my job today. Today i went to work around 11 o'clock. I reall did not wantd to work. It was littl busy. Around 2 o'clock a cashier started to scream i jumped up i thought someone was robbing the store but it wasn't that. When i ran and checked some guy was laying down on the ground passed out. The guy was maybe 55 or 60 years old. When i saw he laying down on the floor i thought he died. It was rally scary. My boss called 911 really fast.After 5 minutes later cops arrived with an ambulance. The doctors checked his neck he was alive. They took him to the hospital. It was really shoking when you see someone on the floor passed out. I hope he will feel better. What a crayz day at work today.

My first journal is about the soccer game I had yesterday. We were playing semi-final game yesterday. We played against a team that is almost good as us. Yesterday before the game I had so much hope that we were going to beat that team and go on to final. In the first half of the game we score 2 goals and they score one so at the end of first half we were up by one goal. In the second half we were playing really bad they scored 3 goals in a row to us. the game was 4-2 we were loosing by 2 I was really angry. The team was breaking apart. We tryed really hard but we only score one goal. The final score was 4-3 we lost the game. I was really disappointed because I thought we will beat that team easily. I had learn a lesson that never take anybody easy eventhought they might look really bad.

When i came to the U.S. i had never gone anywhere fun but last summer. Last summer i went to the six flags in New Jersey. It was me and my best friends family. I was very excided to go to six flags.I always saw the comercial on the t.v. but never have gone. Finally i had to chance to go with them. It was really fun and scary. Specially, the king the ka. It was so scary. I had a chance to go on it only once because there was a huge line. Hopefully, i will go to six flags again.

My second journal is about my first time going to a school in the United States. When I came to this country I continued from 8th grade. I was very excided and scared. I did not speak English and I have never been in that middle school. The first day of the school I had so many troubles. I had trouble of finding my classes, I had trouble of talking to peoplem and I even had trouble asking to go to the bathroom. I was very upset after the first day. I did not wanted to go back to school. However, I had no any other choice. After three or four months later I did not have trouble of finding my classes and I also accomplish on my Engilish skills but it was not sufficent. I knew I had to learn lot more Engilish.

In my first journal i am going to talk about how much i love playing and watching soccer. I have been playing soccer since i was 4 or 5. When i was in Turkey i was playing in a amateur team. I was working very hard to become a professional soccer player. However, i had to come to the U.S. in 2002. When i came to this country i did not stop playing. I continued playing in Lindenhurst high school. I can not say i was playing very good beause i was not used to playing with different country people. After 2 years later i was back to normal. I began to play really good. My possition is forvet. My job is to sore goals in the game. The last season i played in high school i was the most goal scorer in the team. I also began playing in a amateur man's team in Long Island. When i applied to NCC i decided to try out for their soccer team. I was successful. I was happy but i decided to quit after playing there for 2 weeks. I had two reasons why i quit the team. The first one was because i ould not effort to travel to NCC twice a day. There was practice everydaY. The other reason i quit was because i did not like the coach at all. He was not very friendly coach. That was the first time i quit from soccer. Now i am playing in amateur team in Long Island. I am also playing indoor for another team. I love playing soccer.When i am playing soccer i forget about any problem i have.I also love watching soccer. Whenever i see a soccer game on the tv i will watch it because it helps me improve my skills by seen professional players playing.
